Life is not easy, especially when you take the wrong turn, and sometimes we don’t. Life can surprise us with inevitable hard circumstances. This might cause you to lose confidence or be unhappy with yourself. If this sounds like you, maybe you need to make some changes. Here are some cheap and effective ways to enjoy life and make everyone around you happy.

• Learn to be positive- If you keep complaining about life or other people you will focus only on negative aspects. Be with happy people and you become more positive, be with negative people and you will be more negative.

• Be generous- Generosity makes everything easier. Giving and receiving compliments, favors, and gifts creates a good vibe.

• Make a list of 100 things to do before dying and do it! You can find sample lists through the internet. Use them to get ideas and customize your own and start doing it. If you always dreamed about becoming an astronaut, you can learn about astronomy and do your best. Be realistic and use your resources.

• Keep on doing it- Never give up. Difficulties will arise, you may be disappointed, keep trying.

• Stop any addiction or things you don’t enjoy- Make a list of things you want to change, things you don’t enjoy, and that you want to stop. Naturally if you don’t like school, this doesn’t means that you need to quit. If you are doing something you don’t like, remember to always look for the positive side.

• Find and cultivate hobbies- You can collect coins, cards, take a course in photography or art. You don’t need to be an expert or spend your life doing it, the purpose of a hobbies is to learn and enjoy.

• Just sing! Singing is a wonderful thing to make life better. Pick some of your favorite songs, make a playlist, and every time you feel bored or sad sing these songs and you’ll feel better. Playing karaoke or taking choral classes can make a difference in your mood.

• Limit your time watching TV and surfing the web- Go out and enjoy life.

• Take care of your health- Enjoy life by eating well, exercising, and being nice to others.

• Feel proud of yourself- Be proud of what you have accomplished and changes you are making.

• Be open to change- Changes in your work, friends, and routine will make your life more interesting.

• Use self-learning tools- Look on the internet for courses, from learning a new language, reading a book, or participation in a forum about hydroponics. There are infinite topics and ways to keep your brain at optimal functioning and keep learning.
