For those who are uninitiated, this coffee/nap dynamic duo works in tandem because of timing. Basically, it takes approximately 20 minutes for your body to register the kick of caffeine. And 20 minutes is also the perfect length of a nap, allowing you to rest without leaving you groggy. If you drink some coffee before laying down, the caffeine will start percolating in those veins just as you’re waking up from your nap. You’ll feel awake, refreshed, and alert!
