You can create your own prenatal cast by first covering your abdomen with Vaseline. Then, get your partner, mother, or friend to help you apply the plaster strips. Allow the plaster to harden. Then, you can pull it off, and you will always have a keepsake from your pregnancy to remember how your body looked. It is especially fun to make a belly cast for each of your children so you can see the similarities and differences in your pregnancy body each time. You can even paint the finished casts for an extra creative touch!
