Many of us are looking for healthy and shiny hair. We can lose our hair for many reasons, including aging. Traditional shampoos usually do not help controlling hair loss and many contain harmful chemicals that increase hair damage. The best way to combat hair loss is a healthy natural diet that promotes hair growth. Here are a few juice recipes that can help grow and strengthen your hair.

1. Hair-thickening juice

For this juice you will need 1 cup sprouts (any kind), 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cabbage leaf, 1 medium carrot, 2 slices red onion, one medium beet and beet greens, and 1 clove garlic. Put them all in a blender. You can add 2 slices watermelon or apple to sweeten it. Blend to make a thick juice which is healthy for hair. Cabbage, brussel sprouts, and broccoli are rich sources of organic sulfur which enhances hair growth.

2. Shiny hair juice

This juice is especially for shinier hair, you’ll need 4-5 Swiss chard leaves, 1 lemon, 1 large orange, 1 peeled sweet potato, 3 unpeeled carrots, and 10-15 hulled strawberries.
