Instead of drinking lots of sugar you’ll drink your way to a boost of health since these amazing potions are packed with rich-antioxidant ingredients such as watermelon, green tea, coffee, blueberries and grapefruit.

1. Apple Cranberry Sangria

2 cups apple juice or apple cider
2 cups cranberry juice
1⁄4 cup apple brandy, optional
1⁄4 cup honey
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3 cups sparkling white wine

2. Blueberry-Lime Margarita

2 cups ice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup blueberry nectar
1/4 cup seltzer
2 tablespoons frozen limeade
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 ounces tequila
1 lime wedge
Coarse salt

3. Summer fruit punch

2 cups diced stone fruit (apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines)
2 cups apricot juice
2 cups sparkling wine
1 cup seltzer

4. Cherry Red Eye Mojito
2 1/2 teaspoons super-fine granulated sugar
3 tablespoons tart cherry juice
12 mint leaves
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
30 mL white rum
1/2 cup soda or seltzer water Ice

1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
