Crock Pot Oatmeal

I love waking up to hot, delicious, fragrant oatmeal in the crock pot! I use my mini-crock for this recipe, it makes one or 2 servings, you can easily double or triple the recipe for more people or to keep in the refrigerator for a delicious breakfast all week! This is a very basic recipe, you can add more cinnamon, apples, raisins, cranberries, nutmeg, whatever you like! I like a mixture of dried fruits and walnuts in mine. Lesson learned the hard way, use a little cooking spray on your crock, if it burns and sticks it’s an awful mess. Also, you may find it more prudent to cook it during the day when you’re home the first time and can watch it, all crock pots vary slightly as to times. I cook mine on low 7-8 hours. Enjoy!
