*1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*1 teaspoon Himalayan salt or sea salt
*1/4 cup organic brown sugar
*1 cup organic Greek yogurt
*1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup or honey
*1 cup organic peanut butter or almond butter
*1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
*1/4 cup organic coconut oil, liquefied if solid
*1/2 cup chopped organic dark chocolate or chocolate chips

Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with a little coconut oil or organic butter.
After this, mix in a big bowl all the dry ingredients, from oats through brown sugar, meanwhile in another bowl combine the wet ones, from Greek yogurt through coconut oil, after this, combine the two mixtures (dry and wet) and mix in the chocolate, now add the protein powder if you are going to use it.
Spread the mixture in your prepared dish and bake for 15 minutes, let them cool and slice the bars as you prefer, then bake for 15 more minutes. Store in refrigerator after cool, and enjoy your energy boosting homemade snack!
