Here is what you will need to make the mask shown in the video below:

1 Teaspoon of Turmeric powder
2 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon of Almond Oil
3 Tablespoons of Milk
a small bowl, a pair of disposable gloves (turmeric can stain hands and nails and most surfaces), a gentle facial cleanser.

Mix ingredients together into a bowl to form a thick paste. Add more milk as needed to make spreadable. Spread onto face with gloved fingers, avoiding eyebrows and hairline, let sit on face for 20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Use gentle cleanser to remove any remaining mask from face. Add a light moisturizer when done. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
