Many women feel insecure about their breasts sagging as they age despite knowing it’s a common phenomenon of the aging process. Some ways people slow down the aging process include maintaining a strict exercise regimen, taking supplements, and staying hydrated. Just as you can slow down the process, you canspeed up the process of aging. Smoking, drinking too much alcohol, and relying on coffee for energy are three examples of things that increase how quickly your body ages.

One little-known way to age more slowly and preserve your breasts is to regularly eat pineapple. This sweet tropical fruit is very high in vitamin C and manganese. Additional nutrients contained in pineapple are:

Vitamin B6
Vitamin B1
Copper
Fiber
Folate
Pantothenic acid

Pineapple has a host of antioxidants, such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, that decrease your chance of developing cancer. Not only does pineapple help prevent breast cancer (and other forms of cancer) but it restores skin elasticity, which is part of what causes your breasts to sag.

A convenient way to incorporate pineapple into your diet is to make smoothies with it. You have so many recipes to choose from that you will never become bored. Here are two great organic pineapple smoothie recipes to get you started:

#1 Organic Pineapple Breeze Smoothie

1 cup of organic pineapple (cubed)
1/2 cup of organic pineapple juice
2/3 light organic coconut milk
Crushed ice (optional)

Add the cubed pineapple, pineapple juice, and coconut milk into a blender. If you want a colder drink, you can add a small amount of crushed ice. This might not be necessary, however, depending on how cold the other ingredients are. Blend everything in a blender until smooth.

#2 Organic Pineapple Lemonade

1 pineapple
1 juiced lemon
1 sliced lemon
1 juiced lime
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
6 cups of water
Ice cubes

Cut the pineapple and thoroughly mash it in a bowl. Add the fruit to the pitcher first and then remaining ingredients. Stir well and add ice cubes if you want a colder drink. Or you could add ice cubes after pouring some of the pineapple lemonade in a glass. If the drink isn’t sweet enough for you, stir more brown sugar in the pitcher.

Although the sagging of breasts happens to most women as a part of the aging process, that doesn’t mean you have to live with it too. By regularly drinking pineapple smoothies and juices, you will see a firming of your breasts among all the other benefits pineapple provides.
