The ingredients required for this dish are: Yogurt (2 cups), Cucumber (1 cup), Peppermint (2 pinches), Raisins (1 cup), Walnuts (1 cup), Dill (1 pinch), Salt (1 or 2 pinches) and Pepper (1 pinch). Each of these ingredients are very nourishing in their own way:

Peppermint, is often linked to weight loss and is considered a natural appetite suppressant while it does wonders for your digestive system.
Raisins, The Sugar content in raisins is very high and is surprising to some; how good they actually are for weight loss and help many in achieving their weight loss goals.
