So many people suffer from migraines these days, I really believe much of it is caused by our stress filled lives and diets filled with toxins. Also, many chronic diseases come with migraines as a symptom, almost all of them in fact. Anyone who has suffered from one knows that there is no comparison to a headache, at all.
