Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled Corn on the Cob is perfect for barbeques and clambakes, but instead of preparing the same old one, we are creating a twist of flavors that never fails to impress your guests!

Grilled corn-on-the-cob, rolled in feta, seasoned with sea-salt & pepper and sprinkled with cilantro. Oh my.

Begin by wrapping each ear of corn with a 2-inch band of foil and soak it in a large bowl of cold water for about 10 minutes.
Then grill corn directly over heat source, turning often, for 8 minutes or until husks are charred and kernels are tender.

Grilled corn is delicious by itself but it is even more when you add herbs and spices. So, unwrap the corn and season it with sea-salt and pepper then roll it in feta cheese and finally sprinkle it with cilantro for a refreshing taste. Enjoy!
