What Do You Know About Rice

Rice is the main ingredient of food in many cultures. Worldwide there are more than 40,000 different varieties of rice. Rice is a good source of dietary fiber and some good carbohydrates. Besides, rice is a good source of minerals such as magnesium, manganese and selenium.
