More women are self-conscious about their abs than any other body part. This poster has some great exercises that concentrate on this area. Just remember, you are not your tummy, never base your self-worth on what your belly looks like, mine has nurtured people, it takes a toll, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I do like to try to keep those core muscles as strong as possible, it helps with back pain.
