Green juices contain enormous amounts of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients. Here is a good guide to juicing greens, which many believe has amazing weight loss benefits.
 

 
Is fresh green juice more beneficial than fresh fruits and vegetables? The answer is there hasn’t been any solid study on this topic. So I guess, do what you prefer. If you like juicing, eat fresh juice. If you like to have fiber, eat fiber and have juice once in a while.
