It’s possible to overdose on any vitamin supplement if it is taken too often, in high doses, and or for long term. As the only fat-soluble vitamins are A, E, D, and K are stored within the body, often at excess amounts, they are often the ones likely to reach a toxic level. Vitamin D, for example, has a greater potential to be more toxic than any other vitamin. However, Vitamin E, is the least common and is often less serious than having toxic levels of vitamin A, D, or K.
