The benefits of cycling

Cycling has all sorts of health benefits that may help us to live younger and longer. As an example a study published last fall suggests that having a regular intense cycling workout may extend the life expectancy of male cyclists for 5.3 years. This number is 3.9 years for female cyclists (second poster).
