Vegan Protein Banana-Berries Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here is an idea for a perfect energy booster breakfast; a high protein-antioxidant muffin packed with all your body needs to get you started the right way!

All you need is:
• 1 cup of whole wheat flour
• 1 ½ teaspoons of baking soda
• ½ teaspoons of sea salt
• ¼ Tablespoon of natural stevia
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 4 very ripe mashed bananas
• ½ cup of mixed berries
• ¼ cup of apple sauce
• 2 Tablespoons water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup raw chocolate chips
• 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F, and then mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and protein powder. Separately beat the stevia and oil and add the bananas, berries, and chocolate chips, keep stirring while adding the water, vanilla extract and applesauce. Finally, combine the 2 mixtures in a large bowl and mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy your delicious, juicy, and health packed muffin.
