Healing bronchitis and chronic cough without medicaments is a challenging task.
Our grandmothers had natural ways of dealing with it during the winter. That is why today we are sharing a natural remedy that uses only two ingredients.

Mix Bananas, Honey and Water To Cure Cough and Bronchitis.

It is said that it treats a sore throat and heals the lungs.
The best part about this remedy?
It can be used by kids and adults. The flavor is good, and also it is light on the stomach.
Additionally, you can treat stomach and lung problems/pain.
Curious about how to prepare it?

Here’s the recipe:

• Two tablespoons of honey
• Two medium ripe bananas with dots
• 400 ml boiling water

Preparation steps:

Step 1: Peel the bananas and use a wooden fork or spoon to puree them in a bowl. Don’t use a metal fork. The bananas will become darker.
Step 2: Boil the water.
Step 3: Place the bananas in a pot and start adding the boiled water. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
Step 4: When the texture is cooled off, add the honey. Do not add the honey while the mixture is still warm/hot. As you know, like that the honey will lose its healthy benefits.

How to use it:

• You should drink 100ml x 4 times per day
• The amount in this recipe is enough for one day. For best results, prepare one every morning.
• You should expect the first results in the first 3-5 days.
It is so amazing what nature can do for us. Also, it is so sad how we constantly forget about this and reach for the antibiotics.
