Sagging breasts cause discomfort and self-consciousness. I’ve heard many times that it’s impossible to have perky breasts with exercises and home remedies. I’ve also heard it’s totally possible, and been given an outlined list of what works.
I spent years testing out different methods and combinations of methods, only to find that I didn’t like the results of most of them. I scoured the web looking for ways to really target just my breasts and to regain a plump, firmness in them.

Impossible? Nope. I found 1 exercise that I’ve used for years that has made a huge difference in the appearance of my breasts. This is my go to exercise! Not only that, but I also found 1 home remedy that actually tightens the skin on your breasts, leaving them firm, plump, and yes… much, much perkier!
I absolutely SWEAR by these two tips. So get your pen and paper out, you’re gonna’ want to keep these somewhere safe and easily accessible.
Tip 1: The Workout
How it’s done:
1. Lay on your back on a bench (use your bed or a mat if you don’t have access to a bench)
2. Take one 5-pound weight in each hand
3. Raise your arms straight above your chest
4. Then, lower them out to your sides as far as you can, like you’re an airplane
5. Now raise them up again, back above your chest
You’re going to do 3 sets of 10 of these every other day. This builds the muscles directly under your breasts, in your upper chest, and in your underarm area. In about 1 month, you’ll start to see the difference! It just gets better and better from there.
Tip 2: The Home Remedy
All you need to do is get some extra virgin olive oil. You can pick this up from your local supermarket for about 5 bucks.
Lay in your bed, with your upper body slightly propped up with some pillows, like you’re about to read a good book. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together. Some oil might drip, and that’s completely fine. You’ll find an amount you like to use- that part really doesn’t matter. Place one hand on each breast and make small circles around both of them in a massaging motion. Make 10 circles around each breast, and you’re done!

If you’ve got lots of excess oil, you can lightly pat some of it off with a towel, but you want to leave some on there because it moistens your skin and helps with elasticity.
Doing this every day, or at least 3 times a week, will help you to firm the skin around your breasts.
