Our skin is very sensitive and we must be very careful about what touches it on a daily basis.

4. Exfoliate twice a week.
Every now and then we need to get rid of all those extra skin cells. However, it is also really important that we make sure not to over exfoliate because that can leave our skin looking dull.

5. Sweat it out.
Exercising is good for your overall Health and also is great for your Skin, getting rid of all the toxins in your body by sweating it out; leaves your skin feeling and Looking Healthy.
