For many people, stress is so commonplace that it has become a way of life, this is not healthy at all, in fact its one of the main things we need to change to be healthy. When stress consumes your life, your mind and body will pay the price. So, first of all, take a breath and relax, remember the only moment that exists is right know, and nothing could be more perfect than this. Everything you can worry about either has no solution so you cannot worry about it, or it does have a solution, so you can fix it.
