I personally don’t count calories, I keep track of my food intake and make an educated guess, but if you are going to make an educated guess it makes sense to know what’s in what foods. This poster has fruit calories per 1 cup serving, quite often with fruit a 1/2 cup is a serving but it’s easy to reduce the calories by half in your head. Enjoy!
