Just find a good funny movie, or hang out with couple of your friends and enjoy the time with a ton of laugh: Having 100-200 belly laughs is enough to burn 500 calories. Scientists have found out that an hour of laughter can burn off as many calories as 30 minutes of weightlifting, and doing this exercise (means laughing) for a year can burn up to 11 pounds of fat.
