Alzheimer’s disease (AD), is one form of the loss of brain functions (dementia) that gradually worsens over time. It affects behaviors such as memory, thinking, and behavior. While the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease advance fairly rapidly, some studies indicate that people with Alzheimer’s Disease may see shrinkage of the mind even as soon as a decade before they actually develop this condition. This may help to prevent the development of the disease with many natural ways such as certain foods or change of lifestyle.
