Load-bearing games fight against osteoporosis

Good news for active men! A new study published in the May issue of the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research suggests that men who played load-bearing games for 4 hours or more per week have higher bone mass and are less likely to have osteoporosis later in life. Previously, some other studies had shown this link for active women. So stay active!
