Minty Green Shake

One of my favorite things about this time of year is a delicious mint flavored shake, but I don’t need all the fat and chemicals that are in a typical fast-food treat. This is a delicious version to make yourself at home, with only a few ingredients, and greatly reduced fat and calories. This recipe makes 2, you can halve or double, according to your needs. Yum!
