and eliminates the toxins we can naturally accumulate or come in contact within our environments.

Protein Pumpkin Smoothie

    Fresh or frozen organic pumpkin.
    3 tbsp of Hemp hearts or a scoop of plant based protein as a protein source.
    A few soaked almonds or walnuts will work too
    2 spoonfuls of Plain unsweetened organic full fat
    Unsweetened nut milk
    1/2 banana
    Pure organic cinnamon
    A couple of drops of pure vanilla extract
    Chia seeds & cinnamon for the topping

Save the pumpkin seeds and roast them. Pumpkin seeds, are full of essential vitamins and minerals.
Put everything into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
