Yes, your favorite fruit can treat your blackheads too. Prepare a paste by adding one-half teaspoon each milk and honey to one teaspoon mango pulp and apply it to your face in circular motions. Leave on for 20 minutes and wash off, the paste will remove the dead skin and blackheads.

Research shows that mango polyphenols limit inflammatory response in both cancerous and non-cancerous breast cells. A lack of vitamin K is linked to a higher risk of bone fracture. Adequate consumption of vitamin K is vital to improve bone health as it helps your body absorb calcium, it can be done by eating mangoes and other fruits and vegetables.

Studies show that by having adequate dietary fiber, Type 1 diabetics have lower levels of glucose and Type 2 diabetics have improved blood sugar, insulin levels, and lipids. One cup of mango has 3 grams of fiber. American dietary guidelines for Americans are 21-35 grams for women and 30-38 grams for men.
You can also use mango leaves to treat diabetes. Boil 3-4 mango leaves in water then drink the water. For better results you can soak the leaves in water overnight and drink the water in the morning.

Mangoes are a great source of vitamin E, which is linked to better closeness.

• Remedy for heart problems
The juice of green mangoes mixed with water and a sweetener helps cool the body and prevent it from harm. Your kidneys can get overloaded with the toxins when you are exposed to the sun.

• Mangoes for hair loss and grey hair
You can purchase mango seed oil for your hair or you can prepare your own. Peel away the outer covering of the mango and place it in a jar of coconut or mustard oil. Keep the jar in a sunny area for a few days then use the solution on your hair to get long, dark, thick, shiny hair.

Note: For best results try eating your mango with milk or drink some milk right after eating.
