  1. These smoothies makes me right on track, I have yet in my many years of smoothie making put avocado in my smoothies, but you made it sound so good (good writing by the way), that I gotta try it now!
    Ive grown over the years from putting sweetners like yogurts and shorberts in my smoothies, I just use things like soaked dates, frozen bananas, and flavored rice milk. But some have to start somewhere.
    Thank you for encouraging the public to be more healthy and think more about whats going into there mouths.
    By the way Ive suffered from depression all my almost 40yrs and once I started getting serious about smoothies, my health overall I havent taken a med in ovet ten years!
