Even if you do not practice meditation or yoga, a good working knowledge of your body’s energy and how it works is very helpful to a healthy, fulfilled lifestyle. To deactivate negative forces in our lives we must activate the positive. To eliminate hopelessness we must experience unconditional love, for ourselves, from God, from a pet, all are helpful, that’s just one example.
