5 Health Benefits of Garlic

It’s been known for a long time that garlic is a health-booster. Traditionally, garlic has been used in many cultures to prevent/cure many ailments. Recently, some studies have unlocked the amazing benefits of garlic.

According to a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, eating garlic boosts the levels of hydrogen sulfide in our body. Hydrogen sulfide is the same byproduct of oil refineries that smells like rotten eggs and is poisonous in large quantities. But the small quantities that is made naturally by body acts as an antioxidant, and also transmits cellular signals that increases blood flow to different organs by relaxing the blood vessels.

So crush the garlic and eat it more often!
