We all need at least a few minutes at least once a day to recharge, to replenish the well, to become at peace with ourselves and the world. A wise man once told me if you can manage 10 minutes a day, 30 minutes once a week, and at least half of a day once a month it will change your life. I always manage a few minutes a day, but I love these ideas for more “me” time!
