From fighting cancer to burning fat green tea has been shown to have outstanding health benefits. Please note that by green tea, I don’t mean processed green tea bags! If you want the real benefits, you should have some dried green tea leaves and brew them in around 60-70 degrees Celsius (not in boiling water).
