CAUTION: 7 early warning signals of cancer

According to the American Cancer Society, 7 early warning signals of cancer are in the word “CAUTION”, as following:

  1. Change in bowel or bladder habits
  2. A sore that does not heal
  3. Unusual bleeding or discharge
  4. Thickening or a lump in the breasts, testicles, or elsewhere
  5. Indigestion or difficulty in swallowing
  6. Obvious change in the size, color, shape, or thickness of a wart, mole, or mouth sore
  7. Nagging cough or hoarseness

If any of these warnings are seen in someone, (s)he should see her/his doctor ASAP. Remember, early detection is very very very important in fight against cancer. Stay healthy, stay positive!
