Unsweetened iced tea

Unsweetened iced tea: an easy to make, healthy and tasty drink for summer:

Instead of sweetened, try unsweetened iced tea. Some sweetened tea bottles contain as much sugar as a regular soda.

Although there’re some bottled unsweetened iced tea brands in the market, you can easily prepare it yourself: Just brew a good tea and pass it through filter and store it in the refrigerator.

If you hate unsweetened drinks, you can add a little honey to your iced tea. You can also use all sorts of your favorite teas, such as green, black, oolong and herbal.
