This is one of the best, a delicious detox salad; if you are planning on eliminating those extra toxins in your body try a detoxifying super food salad to boost your energy and mood!

1 small bunch broccoli, raw or quickly blanched (Broccoli has a strong, positive impact on our body’s detoxification system)
1 grapefruit, peeled and segments separated, plus 1 for dressing (Grapefruit is full of fiber and is one of the most nutritionally dense foods that exist)
