Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has been used for many purposes for centuries, touted to relieve just about any ailment you can think of. It has shown success helping with diabetes, cancer, heart health, high cholesterol, and weight loss, and for years people have used apple cider vinegar as a folk remedy to lower fever and aid indigestion. You can find it as a condiment and as a health supplement anywhere.

1- Eases tummy troubles

If a bacterial infection is at the root of your diarrhea apple cider vinegar can help, thanks to its antibiotic properties. It contains pectin, which can help soothe intestinal spasms. Sip some apple cider vinegar mixed with water or try mixing one or two tablespoons into water or clear juice like apple juice.

2- Helps with Diabetes

The effect of vinegar on blood sugar levels is perhaps the best researched and the most promising of apple cider vinegar’s possible health benefits. Several studies have found that vinegar may help lower glucose levels.

Mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink. This helps sinus drainage.
