Sounds good, doesn’t it?
It’s the juicy-packed with nutrients sweet potato burger with delicious avocado, and the best part is you and your family can enjoy all its benefits along with its amazing flavor, in just a couple of minutes. Enjoy the sweet potato and onions veggie burgers

Ingredients

2 cans cannellini white beans, drained
1 large sweet potato, baked/peeled/mashed
2 Tablespoons tahini
2 teaspoon maple or agave syrup
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning (or your personal your favorite)
1/4 cup wheat flour

Remember you can use any additional seasoning you have on hand, or would like to try (be creative!) same with the burger of course, our favorites: avocado and blackened onions (is not the same without them) and Dijon mustard, grain buns, romaine, olive oil, pepper, and so on.

First of all peel and bake the potato, and place it in a large bowl with the drained beans and mash them together with seasoning, flour and any additional seasoning, form a patty from the paste. Heat 1 Tablespoon safflower oil in a pan over high heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Serve and go crazy with the toppings. Enjoy!
