Flax seed is so good for you, it has fiber, Omega 3’s, and a nice fresh nutty taste. I put ground flax in everything. Pancakes, homemade bread, pasta sauce, anything baked, casseroles, smoothies, etc. Here is a poster with pictures of what it should look like, I store mine sealed in the freezer to keep it fresh.
