What is it? That’s a good question, it’s an autoimmune disease that attacks the exocrine glands that produce sweat and saliva. Not being able to sweat in the summer or living in the south is not at all good for a person, and the dry mouth must be awful. This is a great poster that shows where it works in your body. Forewarned is good practice.
