Yogurt is one of the healthiest foods and one of the best options if you’re a weight watcher. It contains substantial amount of proteins: For example, a cup of Greek yogurt contains 40% of the required daily protein intake.
 

 
You can enjoy your yogurt as a snack or you can have it with your food. If you like fruit yogurt, prepare it yourself with freshly-sliced fruit. Don’t add any sugar or jam to your yogurt. Many times, fruit yogurt packages contain lots of sugar.
