Wheatgrass: rich source of nutrients

Wheatgrass is an excellent source of many nutrients, such as iron, calcium, magnesium, amino acids, chlorophyll, and different vitamins, including vitamins A, C and E. Wheatgrass proponents say that its rich nutrient content detoxifies the body and boosts the immune system. Many also believe that wheatgrass has some miraculous health benefits in the treatment of cancer (especially colon cancer), anemia (because of its high vitamin content), diabetes, constipation, infections, colon cleansing and ulcerative colitis.

Believe in it or not, wheatgrass is a delicious and healthy option for those who love to have different fruit and veggie juices. You can have it alone or you can mix it with other juices.
